Breakfast at the Great Tree Inn is served from 8 to 9:30, the period depending on the number of guests in house. Guests are asked to reserve a time when checking in.
Asparagus, Zucchini and Yellow Pepper Frittata packed full of vegetables. A low-cal baked egg dish with choice of pork or vegetarian sausage patties. Served with toast, jelllies, jams and fresh fruit of the day.
Italian eggs - individual crustless quiches with zucchini, garlic, basil, and mozzarella cheese. Served with toast, jelllies, jams and fresh fruit of the day.
Mini soufflés with zucchini, feta, and Parmesan with fruit salad. Accompanied by toast, jellles and jams.
Eggs Benedict Florentine - with fresh spinach, Virginia type ham and sauteed potatoes wedges
And our 'Farmers Country Style' - Egg Scramble with sausage-links or patties, served with home-fries, toast, jelllies, jams and fresh fruit of the day.
